    Yes — a Newborn Care Specialist focuses on newborn routines, sleep, and feeding. A Night Nurse provides overnight newborn care, often medically trained. A Doula offers emotional, physical, and postpartum support for parents. A Nanny handles daytime child care, play, and household tasks for older babies and children.

  • At what age can I sleep train my baby?

    Sleep training typically starts at 4–6 months old (adjusted age for preemies) when babies can self-soothe and sleep longer. Always check with your pediatrician first, especially for NICU graduates.
